Our workshops take place in the Sustainable Textiles Teaching Lab in the Inman Building at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.

Our workshops are free to attend thanks to funding from the Creative Arts Collective for Christian Life and Faith at Belmont University.

Participants will create a small knitted “piece” of textile artwork using a flatbed knitting machine and a punch card design, inspired by their faith, that will be joined together with the work of other participants to create large artistic pieces that represent the diversity and beauty of God’s creation. Workshops last 2.5 hours and participants will go home with a machine knitted pillow cover or knitted scarf.
